Healing Arts Veterinary Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our incredible team!
As the face of our hospital, our Client Service Representatives play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and compassionate experience for every client and patient. You’ll be the first impression of our practice—building trust, providing support, and ensuring each visit starts on a positive note.
About the Role:
In this position, you will:
Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service both in person and over the phone
Handle a multi-line phone system while assisting clients at the front desk
Process payments and financial transactions accurately
Answer client questions and provide information about our services
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, flexible position with a 4/10 schedule.
